Hard Apple Cider. Made from the apples we grow in the Sierra Nevada foothills. No added sulfites, preservatives or sorbates. 6-8% ALC/VOL. Available in 12oz bottles, quarter barrels and sixtels.
Fresh Pressed Apple Cider & Apple Cider Blends. Flash Pasteurized. Made with a blend of sweet and tangy apples. Available in pint and quart bottles.
Pure Pomegranate Juice. Flash pasteurized. 100% juice. Not from concentrate. Available in pint and quart bottles.
Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice. Produced seasonally. Available in pint and quart bottles.
Fruit Extracts. Made through a cryoextraction process. In an environment with a temperature below freezing, partially frozen fruit is pressed to extract a 6x concentration of intense fruit flavor. Available in 8oz bottles.
Apple Sauce. Made with a combination of sweet and tangy varieties, this minimally processed applesauce has one ingredient. Apples! Available in 32oz jar.
Apple Butter. A blend of cinnamon, allspice, cloves and nutmeg is added to our sweet and tangy applesauce then slow-cooked in small batches until the volume is reduced by two-thirds. This concentrates and intensifies the spiced apple flavor. Available in 8oz jars.
Blueberry Preserves. Minimally processed. Made simply with sweet and tangy blueberries. Sugar is never added. Cooked in small batches to assure an ideal set point and perfectly spreadable texture. Available in 8oz jars.
